Lead and manage enterprise software development programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk management, and successful delivery of milestones.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, product management, or software development
- Experience leading and managing Agile development teams supporting enterprise applications with 50,000+ users
- PMP Certification strongly preferred
- Experience with change management
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of software development project metrics
- Business and financial acumen, with experience in business case development and scenario planning
- Experience integrating business, marketing, and technical elements in new product development programs
- Familiarity with project management software
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and conduct monthly checkpoints and milestone reviews to ensure project progress
- Plan and facilitate concept/design reviews
- Maintain and manage an effective risk register, driving mitigation strategies
- Connect and manage objectives to align with contract deliverables and stakeholder needs
- Maintain overall resource planning and ensure accurate representation in resource prioritization discussions
- Collaborate with development teams to create estimates of delivered and expected value
- Identify key MVP milestones with the product owner, product manager, and development team
- Establish and coordinate a launch plan with marketing, commercial, and service teams
- Work closely with management and business leaders to define program scope, objectives, and risk assessments
- Direct and coordinate activities of program personnel to ensure progress within schedule and budget
- Resolve team dynamics issues to enhance program performance
- Manage intra-program dependencies and their impact on other programs and projects
- Schedule and lead timely status review meetings
- Escalate issues and mitigation recommendations to upper management
Pay Details: $50.00 to $63.00 per hour
