Engineering Manager responsible for leading multi-discipline teams, delivering technical solutions, and overseeing the design, development, and support of new and existing products from inception to end-of-life.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an engineering leadership role, including people management, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering for manufacturability, preferably in aerospace or defense environments.
  • Experience with government bids, proposals, and selection processes.
  • Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Eligibility to obtain US Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for occasional off-site activities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience providing technical solutions to customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, lead, and coach multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver technical and project objectives.
  • Provide technical oversight from initial product design through final delivery for new and existing products.
  • Support business development (BD) and the Program Management Office (PMO) with technical inputs and cost estimates during proposal processes.
  • Collaborate with BD, Operations, PMO, and Quality teams to ensure successful program execution and product delivery.
  • Conduct personnel interviews, annual performance reviews, and formulate development plans for team members.
  • Develop and implement succession plans, mentoring programs, and induction plans aligned with the company’s competency framework.
  • Monitor team performance, address issues, and ensure adherence to company values and engineering standards.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous development to retain engineering capability.
  • Identify and manage resource requirements, ensuring effective recruitment and talent selection.


Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
