Process Engineer
Responsible for sustaining engineering support, process development, design transfer, validation activities, and supplier performance management with a strong focus on FMEA, Risk Management, and Process Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in FMEA and Risk Management.
- Expertise in Process Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Experience with statistical process control, MSA (inspection methods), and manufacturing protocols.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Design, Reliability & Manufacturability (DRM) methodologies.
- Knowledge of supplier quality management and evaluation processes.
- Experience in neuromodulation devices or related fields.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in manufacturing operations.
- Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to improve quality, efficiency, and yields.
- Develop manufacturing processes compatible with statistical process control techniques.
- Lead process development, design transfer, and validation activities, ensuring alignment with quality and manufacturability standards.
- Participate in design and development activities, including tolerance stack analysis and failure analysis.
- Research and implement new technology solutions to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Support and execute process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ), including control plans and manufacturing protocols.
- Monitor and improve supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams for seamless project execution.
- Lead supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and corrective action implementation.
Work is 100% onsite.
Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
