Responsible for addressing quality issues within the assembly system and developing root cause analysis and corrective action plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with measurement and validation systems within assembly environments.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with root cause analysis.
  • GM project experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically; international travel may be required.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Arlington, TX, with a 58-hour weekly schedule.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in assembly system quality improvement processes.
  • Experience collaborating with plant quality teams on data review and improvement plans.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive daily reviews of data from measurement and validation systems, including in-station, downstream, and end-of-line systems.
  • Regularly review data with quality stakeholders within the plant to align on identified issues and improvement strategies.
  • Analyze statistical data and develop root cause analysis plans in collaboration with project team members.
  • Implement corrective actions to address identified quality concerns.
  • Support plant-based quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to project timelines and goals.


Pay Details: $26.00 to $34.00 per hour
