Procurement Rep
Summary: Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services necessary for organizational operations.
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst (SCA) or Procurement Representative.
- Prior experience with SAP and P2P systems (minimum of 6 months each).
- Familiarity with LM SCM LMAP processes, with prior experience at LM as either FTE or contractor.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bid packages.
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing price trends and manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of supplier performance monitoring and evaluation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase machinery, equipment, raw materials, parts, and services.
- Compile and analyze statistical data to establish price objectives and determine feasibility of purchasing products.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and schedule requirements.
- Prepare RFPs, bid packages, and purchase orders within the RMS TLS P2P MRP system.
- Expedite materials as needed and manage purchase order closeout activities.
- Analyze supplier operations and monitor supplier performance for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Maintain records of proposals, price trends, deliveries, and payment approvals.
Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
