Test Engineer II
Summary:
Perform design verification and validation activities, including writing and executing test protocols, developing test methods, and ensuring the quality and reliability of medical products.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (BSEE preferred).
3-5 years of experience in test engineering.
Experience in developing and implementing test methods and equipment.
Familiarity with technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques related to test engineering.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with automated testing design and execution.
Knowledge of verification and validation processes for medical devices or similar regulated industries.
Familiarity with defect tracking, analysis, and process improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule testing activities, including equipment, tools, fixtures, and phantom design.
Compile data and define necessary changes to test equipment, procedures, or processes.
Generate and execute verification and validation plans for new or modified products.
Ensure test equipment is functional and properly calibrated.
Coordinate and oversee testing at external facilities.
Develop systems for test tracking, monitoring, and data recording.
Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and support existing products.
Participate in product development phases, including reviewing requirements, usability, risk assessment, and defect resolution.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and reliability.

Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
