Resource Service Coordinator
Summary:
Coordinate technicians, schedule service calls, and ensure timely completion of appointments for HVAC and temperature control systems.
Job Requirements:
- One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or 3+ years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, and/or Temperature Controls is preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- HVAC knowledge is a significant advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service resources and assign technicians to projects.
- Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment based on project requirements.
- Input project locations into the system and generate work order documents.
- Dispatch technicians and notify customers of service schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of appointments and proper follow-up.
- Interact and communicate with Project Managers and Area Service Managers to assign and dispatch technicians.
- Manage customer interactions and satisfaction throughout the service process.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
