Electrical Engineer
Job Summary
Designs, develops, and assesses electrical systems and components for building projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering (preferred).
- Proficiency in REVIT and BIM systems.
- Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform calculations for lighting and power systems, data and IT systems, and equipment selection for building electrical systems.
- Develop detailed bidding and construction document plans for external clients.
- Research and specify products, equipment, and systems to meet project expectations.
- Assess existing systems and recommend refurbishment or replacement as needed.
- Estimate probable construction costs for electrical designs.
- Collaborate with designers and drafters to create project deliverables.
- Calculate energy consumption for electrical systems.
Pay Details: $38.00 to $51.00 per hour
