Job Summary:
Designs, develops, and produces fixtures for assembly and testing of medical devices, supporting prototype builds, manufacturing launch activities, and product qualification.

Job Requirements:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum 3 years of machine design experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of CAD software experience (PTC Creo / SolidWorks).

  • Automation design experience.

  • Ability to work primarily on-site in Lafayette and Boulder with flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design assembly and test equipment using CAD software (PTC Creo / SolidWorks).

  • Define design requirements and conduct design reviews.

  • Prototype and test designs throughout the development process.

  • Support product design engineers with prototype builds.

  • Participate in manufacturing planning and analysis.

  • Collaborate with outside suppliers to develop production equipment.

  • Support qualification and manufacturing launch activities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the medical industry.

  • Product design and development experience.

  • Validation and process development experience.

Pay: 40-54

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
