Summary:
Seeking an Executive Administrative Support professional to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the VP/GM of Networking and Data Link Solutions, anticipating and addressing the business needs of the office.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma with at least 8 years of related administrative experience or an Associate Degree with a minimum of 4 years related experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years managing multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
  • Ability to maintain discretion and good judgment in handling confidential information.

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of prior experience working with senior executives.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent grammar.
  • High initiative and ability to anticipate needs and act independently.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when needed, with availability at short notice.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate executive calendar management, including scheduling, onsite/offsite events, and travel arrangements.
  • Proactively screen correspondence and phone calls, directing as necessary.
  • Provide telephone support, manage mail/paperwork distribution, prepare company-wide communications, file, copy, and perform general tasks.
  • Serve as event planner/coordinator for business events of various sizes.
  • Ensure a professional, collaborative image is projected through interactions across organizational levels.


Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
