Summary:
Seeking a Turnaround Planner responsible for planning, scheduling, and leading major maintenance projects with a focus on safety, environmental responsibility, and resource efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience planning and executing major maintenance projects.

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).

  • Proficiency in data analysis and report building.

  • Ability to lead team meetings, conduct training, and present in large group settings.

  • Commitment to safety and responsible environmental practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage turnaround planning schedules, meetings, milestones, and task stewardship for Operations.

  • Lead Operations and support personnel in developing equipment shutdown, safe-out, and start-up plans, schedules, and procedures.

  • Collaborate with turnaround, cross-functional, capital projects teams, operators, planners, engineers, and contractors.

  • Drive the consistent application and continuous improvement of turnaround planning processes, standards, and procedures.

  • Communicate and coordinate turnaround activities and schedules with key stakeholders.

Additional Details:

  • Position requires a 50/50 split between office and field environments.

  • This is a safety-sensitive role.

Pay: 63-84

Pay Details: $63.00 to $84.00 per hour
