Job Summary: Design and manage architectural projects, including single-family residential and commercial fit-outs, with a focus on retail and restaurant spaces.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 8-10 years of experience as an architectural designer, with a focus on single-family residential and commercial fit-outs.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Knowledge of US Building systems.
  • Ability to perform initial zoning analysis and familiarity with Building codes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in retail and restaurant project design.
  • Knowledge of Enscape.
  • Familiarity with Forte or Vitruvius.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage architectural projects, including residential and commercial fit-outs.
  • Utilize Revit for design and documentation.
  • Conduct initial zoning analysis and ensure designs comply with Building codes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative and functional designs for retail and restaurant spaces.
  • Apply knowledge of US Building systems in project design and execution.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for various design tasks.


Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
