Remote Project Coordinator
Coordinates multiple product labeling projects, ensuring alignment with MDR requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams and meticulous project tracking.
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of project coordination experience (medical device field preferred but not required)
Bachelor’s degree
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Experience with PLM systems for routing and managing project documentation
Familiarity with labeling processes and MDR compliance standards
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate product labeling efforts, including gathering inputs, generating and releasing labeling development plans, redlining labeling, and collaborating with the design team on labeling changes
Route labeling through PLM systems to ensure proper documentation and compliance
Regularly attend project meetings, tracking and managing deliverables across various projects
Support the development and release of MDR-compliant product and package labeling
Independently handle project tasks, adjusting to project team needs
Pay: 25-30

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
