Position Summary:
Support production line setup and optimization in a new factory environment, focusing on design, workflow processes, and technical modeling.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Technology, or Industrial)
  • 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer in a shop floor environment (assembly/fabrication)
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling using Creo and AutoCAD
  • Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with fixture design
  • Knowledge of blind balancing
  • HVAC experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement work process flows for production line setup
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Creo for technical modeling and layout planning
  • Interpret and work with blueprints to support manufacturing processes
  • Conduct analysis and reporting using Excel to monitor and enhance production efficiency


Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
