Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee structural steel projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and efficient coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • Welding and fabrication skills (a plus).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring project alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Resolve problems and make decisions quickly to maintain project flow.
  • Oversee the fabrication and erection of structural steel components.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation and records.


Pay Details: $42.00 to $57.00 per hour
