Care Coordinator
Seeking a skilled Device Clinician with expertise in CRM and cardiac devices, including pacemakers, ICDs, and loop recorders, for remote monitoring and in-office support.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- CRAT/CCT certification required; CCDS, CEPS, or CDRMS certifications preferred
- Completion of CIED Remote Monitoring Course with 1-2 years of direct experience
- 2-5 years of industry experience in a Device Clinician or Device Technician role
- Experience with in-office and remote CIED interrogations for Biotronik, Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic devices
- Familiarity with all four home monitoring websites preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Expert arrhythmia recognition and electrogram (EGM) interpretation
- Proficiency with external manufacturer portals for device management
- Basic understanding of how company products add value for customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with telephone and computer tasks
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret CIED transmission data autonomously using company software
- Independently process alert and scheduled transmissions and document findings per company protocol
- Escalate device abnormalities as required and handle urgent alerts for immediate action
- Provide troubleshooting support and engage with the patient team to reconnect disconnected patients
- Maintain manufacturer portals, patient schedules, and alert settings
- Stay up to date on product offerings, clinical knowledge, and ECG rhythm interpretation
- Support early phases of mentorship and provide peer training
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing communication
- Review and manage all recall and advisory patient lists
Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
