Monitoring Technicians
Seeking individuals with Active CRAT/CCT certification, RN, or Paramedic/EMT with current ACLS certification to provide ECG technical analysis and communication support in a cardiac telemetry service center.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active CRAT/CCT certification or RN or Paramedic/EMT with current ACLS certification
- Minimum of 6 months of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with computer-based tasks
- Knowledge of cardiac medical terminology
Preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
- Proficiency in ECG rhythm interpretation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and analyze ECG transmissions in the cardiac outpatient telemetry service center
- Generate ECG reports and notify physicians of critical findings as needed
- Review ECG recordings and evaluate for clinical accuracy, documenting actions taken
- Communicate ECG abnormalities according to physician notification protocols
- Ensure quality assurance of ECG readings and reports
- Assist in activating EMS when necessary
- Answer patient calls for recording transmission using the WE CARE approach
Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
