Lead a team of software engineers to architect, develop, verify, and maintain scalable software solutions, collaborating closely with systems, hardware, and firmware teams to define and meet software requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including C#, Kotlin, and Java
  • Experience in mobile application development and familiarity with frameworks such as Xamarin
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and mobile backend services
  • Understanding of Bluetooth wireless communication
  • Experience in medical software development
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in software development

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with software development tools and version control systems
  • Capability to organize and lead engineering teams effectively
  • Knowledge of processes for software development, implementation, and testing
  • Experience collaborating with external development contractors or companies

Job Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop efficient, scalable software solutions, maintaining high standards in deliverables
  • Define and enforce processes for software development, implementation, and testing
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with systems, hardware, and firmware engineers to set software requirements
  • Lead external development collaborations when necessary


Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
