Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical or Nursing (required)
  • Experience in complaint handling or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong MDR documentation or technical writing experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Health care professional experience (preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to document and process medical device complaints
  • Experience in technical writing and MDR documentation
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues with strong attention to detail

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle complaint documentation and MDR processes
  • Develop and maintain technical reports and documentation
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to medical device reporting
  • Ensure all reports and documentation are accurate and meet compliance standards


Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
