ENGINEERING Project Manager
Manage new and ongoing projects for medical devices, focusing on budgets, scheduling, and execution.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in project management
- Experience with medical devices, aerospace, or imaging technology
- SAFe SPC certified
- PMP certified
- Experience with Microsoft Project and the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with ProChain, JIRA, JAMA, or PDware
- Hybrid work model (3 days in-person, 2 days WFH)
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration (MBA)
- Experience with surgical robotics or imaging equipment
- Ability to solve complex problems across business functions
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects
- Serve as liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management
- Manage development and implementation of products involving cross-functional teams
- Review project status, budgets, and schedules
- Monitor project progress from initiation through delivery
- Develop solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals
- Serve in an RTE (Release Train Engineer) role, facilitating Agile practices
Pay Details: $49.00 to $66.00 per hour
