Manage new and ongoing projects for medical devices, focusing on budgets, scheduling, and execution.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience with medical devices, aerospace, or imaging technology
  • SAFe SPC certified
  • PMP certified
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experience with ProChain, JIRA, JAMA, or PDware
  • Hybrid work model (3 days in-person, 2 days WFH)

Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration (MBA)
  • Experience with surgical robotics or imaging equipment
  • Ability to solve complex problems across business functions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects
  • Serve as liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management
  • Manage development and implementation of products involving cross-functional teams
  • Review project status, budgets, and schedules
  • Monitor project progress from initiation through delivery
  • Develop solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals
  • Serve in an RTE (Release Train Engineer) role, facilitating Agile practices


Pay Details: $49.00 to $66.00 per hour
