Summary:
Responsible for serving as the primary technical contact for PAC-3 electronics hardware, leading failure investigations, coordinating activities between production sites, and providing technical oversight to support program goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in electrical hardware design for both development and production phases in aerospace or similar industry
  • Ability to interpret and read complex electrical schematics for circuit card assemblies (CCA)
  • Experience using electrical/electronic test equipment such as DMMs, Oscilloscopes, and automated testing equipment for troubleshooting circuit card assemblies and other electrical hardware
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time domestically

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience developing engineering estimates for proposals and reviewing suppliers’ estimates
  • Certified or working knowledge of Control Account Management (CAM)
  • Experience working with suppliers and leading suppliers during failure investigations
  • Background in cross-discipline systems engineering practices including requirements development, architecture, hardware/software design, integration, and verification
  • Previous experience in a Material Review Board (MRB) role, particularly in a production setting
  • Experience with non-conformance disposition of hardware for production
  • Prior experience with PAC-3 program, production processes, failure investigation, root cause, and corrective actions
  • Technical understanding of PAC-3 products, tools, and processes (desired)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary technical contact for PAC-3 electronics hardware
  • Lead failure investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for production hardware
  • Provide technical disposition and recommendations for production hardware issues
  • Present technical issues to program leadership and review boards
  • Coordinate activities between production sites and the program to clear constraints
  • Implement changes to the existing Technical Data Package to meet program and customer needs
  • Support Obsolescence Planning and Coordination
  • Provide technical oversight and monitoring of a major subcontractor, including evaluating vendor proposals and participating in failure investigations
  • Support program goals through collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers

Work Schedule:

  • In-office Monday through Wednesday; remote on Thursdays.


Pay Details: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
