Summary:
Responsible for software testing, including requirements review, test case development, execution, defect reporting, and verifying system behavior to meet requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 - 6 years of experience in engineering or a related discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficiency with software development, test tools, and related work processes
  • Experience in automated testing (desired)
  • Programming experience (desired)
  • Knowledge of HVAC and building control systems (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze functional requirements to generate comprehensive test cases
  • Develop and write functional test procedures and automated test scripts
  • Execute test procedures and automated test scripts as part of formal product testing
  • Conduct exploratory testing based on product knowledge
  • Report product issues within the defect tracking system
  • Verify product defect fixes
  • Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and DVP&R activities
  • Collect and interpret data from internal and external sources to evaluate system behavior


Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
