Summary:
Responsible for ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of test automation tools used for transport refrigeration controls systems, serving as software architect for future tool planning and implementation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 5 – 10 years of experience in software development, including 1 - 2 years in software testing, test automation, application development, or a related field
  • Programming experience in C#.NET and/or C++ and Python
  • Development experience in the Linux OS environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of embedded controls software development
  • Experience with communications protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, Zigbee, and WiFi
  • Experience with software test automation tools

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of test automation tools for unit controls products
  • Maintain and enhance existing test automation tools by addressing documented defects
  • Serve as software architect and domain expert for future automation tool enhancements
  • Provide updates on test automation project status and results to lead test engineers and management
  • Make recommendations to improve the product testing process


Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
