Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in the medical device industry to design and optimize manufacturing processes, improve cycle times, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device industry

  • Experience in process validation and investigating non-conformances

  • Experience in cycle time, yield, and process flow improvements

  • Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation (BOMs, work instructions, visual aids, manufacturing plans, change orders)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assembly, equipment installation, and material handling

  • Plan machine arrangements within plant facilities for maximum efficiency

  • Specify sequences of operations and procedures for tool and equipment fabrication, ensuring product performance

  • Adapt machine or equipment designs to factory conditions, incorporating inspection and test requirements

  • Inspect machinery performance to ensure efficiency and initiate corrective actions when necessary

  • Develop manufacturing processes for statistical process control and implement SPC techniques

  • Provide guidance to engineering on design concepts and specification requirements for optimal equipment utilization

  • Ensure all processes and procedures comply with industry regulations

Pay: 45-52

Pay Details: $45.00 to $52.00 per hour
