Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead technical studies, evaluate design concepts, and implement methods to achieve product reliability standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in technical reliability studies and design of experiments (DOE)
- Proficiency in statistical process control procedures
- Experience in conducting risk analysis studies for new designs and processes
- Strong knowledge of performance report compilation and process control analysis
Preferred Skills
- Experience with mathematical modeling to identify high-risk units, batches, or processes
- Familiarity with environmental testing and sampling for statistical validity
- Knowledge of reliability engineering standards in line with company, customer, and governmental objectives
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate technical reliability studies and design of experiments (DOE) constructs
- Recommend design or test methods and statistical control procedures to achieve product reliability
- Perform risk analysis of new designs and processes
- Analyze performance reports, process control statistics, and investigate variables affecting reliability
- Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards
- Develop reliability engineering programs and mathematical models to improve system or process reliability
- Determine environmental testing requirements and minimum sample sizes for valid data analysis
Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
