Job Summary: Seeking a candidate with experience in supplier management, project planning, and effective communication to manage procurement processes and inventory management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business or Supply Chain
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Experience working with suppliers or establishing business relationships
  • Project planning experience to initiate, organize, and drive projects
  • MRP planning and purchase requisition execution
  • Familiarity with inventory management processes
  • Ability to assist with order creation and closure for internal manufacturing

Preferred Skills:

  • Business or Supply Chain degree
  • Experience with procurement, scheduling, and material movement
  • Data analysis skills for cost management and supplier performance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source, purchase, plan, and schedule movement of raw materials, parts, components, and services
  • Identify raw material and component requirements from engineering and production schedules
  • Analyze factors affecting prices to determine the lowest cost while ensuring quality and reliability
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and engineering to ensure proper procurement and scheduling
  • Monitor supplier performance and collaborate on demand analysis planning


Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
