Job Summary: Seeking a candidate with relevant experience to support facility operations, focusing on equipment and facility maintenance, with a preference for certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary/Associate’s Degree with 0-2 years of related experience

  • Ability to develop job knowledge and skills related to facility operations

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using a facility and equipment CMMS (e.g. Faciliworks)

  • OSHA, NFPA, EPA, or related professional credentials

  • Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support facility operations and maintenance tasks

  • Utilize CMMS to track and manage facility equipment

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations

  • Perform maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems when certified

Pay: 35-40

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
