Quality Engineer
Supports manufacturing operations during a new product launch of capital equipment, reviewing and approving validations and developing operational instructions.

Job Requirements:

  • B.S. in Engineering or a Science-related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant role.

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing.

  • Proficiency with processing and managing NCMRs and CAPA.

  • Experience reviewing and approving software, process, and equipment validations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with StealthStation S8, Stealth Axis, Visualase, and Kitting product lines.

  • Ability to coach and influence manufacturing engineers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve process, software, and equipment validations for capital equipment.

  • Develop operator work instructions and set up assembly stations.

  • Collaborate with the inspection team to establish methods for inspecting incoming components and resolving any inspection-related issues.

  • Assume ownership of any NCMRs or CAPAs created by operations quality.

  • Provide guidance and influence to manufacturing engineers to ensure compliance with all quality standards.

  • Support the launch of new product lines, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process.

Pay: 40-54

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
