Manufacturing Engineer
Job Summary: Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems to exceed quality, cost, and schedule requirements, supporting business growth and integrating specialized processes into a lean manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 5-7 years of relevant manufacturing work experience
- Experience in HVAC or heavy industrial environments
- Integrated manufacturing experience in machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly
- Experience with large capital equipment projects, including investigation, procurement, and implementation
- New product launch and project management experience
- Knowledge of life cycle cost analysis, dimensional capability analysis, and capacity analysis
- Proficiency with MS Office, CAD software, and data analysis
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with design for manufacturing and automation integration
- Background in HVAC/Industrial environments with machining, fabrication, welding, or assembly process experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement innovative, cost-effective, and safe manufacturing processes and techniques
- Develop manufacturing planning, initial tooling requirements, control plans, and assessments to facilitate manufacturing processes
- Provide technical expertise for resolving manufacturing process and product design issues
- Develop and implement manufacturing flows, workstation layouts, and station controls to optimize operations and product/process quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance design for manufacturability and ease of integration into the manufacturing facility
- Utilize project management skills to estimate resources and time for project completion, managing execution to the plan
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
