Project Engineer

Job Summary:
Lead cross-functional engineering teams to achieve program objectives in the development, qualification, and field support of electronic hardware and software products.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, preferably in Program Management or Project Engineering.

• 12+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Engineer.

• Proficiency in Excel and MS Project.

• Familiarity with TeamCenter is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong project management experience in embedded controllers.

• Ability to create detailed schedules for multiple projects.

• Experience in identifying and escalating project risks.

• Ability to prepare and present plans and reports on project progress to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead an integrated product team working on embedded controllers to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.

• Prepare and present plans and reports on the business aspects of projects to ensure targets are met and communicate them to management.

• Identify and escalate project risks, supporting resolutions to ensure timely mitigation and successful project completion.

• Create detailed schedules for multiple projects and monitor tasks to drive on-time release performance.

Pay: 57-76

Pay Details: $57.00 to $76.00 per hour
