Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Five years of related experience in Accounting or Business Administration, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Superior supervisory skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing budgets for office furniture, supplies, and repairs.
  • Experience in conducting customer surveys and handling customer complaints.
  • Knowledge of office equipment purchasing or leasing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the general office administrative staff to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Manage the G&A budget for office-related expenses including furniture, supplies, repairs, and renovations.
  • Handle office equipment purchases or leasing arrangements.
  • Conduct and analyze customer surveys to improve service quality.
  • Write and conduct performance reviews for the Administrative Team.
  • Supervise the Service Administrative Team, ensuring service goals are met.
  • Serve as the Safety Leader and chairman of the Safety Committee.
  • Conduct departmental meetings and establish a central filing system.
  • Serve on the Executive Committee and interact with coaches to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily activities of the Administrative Team and manage incoming phone calls.
  • Monitor and manage office supply orders to ensure efficiency.


Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
