Service Team Project Support

Support and assist Project Admins on the Service Team, ensuring accurate recording of project costs and performing general administrative functions.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in project coordination
  • Familiarity with administrative functions related to service fulfillment processes
  • Proficiency in handling service agreements, purchase orders, invoicing, and various reports
  • Ability to review and manage billing backlog

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in coordinating with multiple team members
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and service processes

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with team members for accurate and timely recording of project costs, including time sheets and daily reports
  • Perform general administrative functions to support the service fulfillment process, including service agreements, purchase orders, initiating invoicing, concessions, Ship Product Defect (SPD), retrofit, labor warranty, and various reports
  • Review billing backlog and coordinate/communicate with Project Managers, HVAC Field Technicians, customers, and claims departments to resolve obstacles


Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
