Production Assembler II

Seeking a Production Assembler II responsible for material receipt and verification, equipment calibration, operation, labeling, sealing, dispensing, capping, torquing, assembly, math calculations, and documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow written instructions
  • Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with transactions in SAP
  • Experience operating manual, semi-auto, and automatic production machinery

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify materials
  • Calibrate and operate equipment
  • Apply labels, seal bags, dispense products, cap and torque bottles, assemble components and kits
  • Perform math and measurement calculations
  • Complete required documentation accurately and timely following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Inspect products using visual, automated, electronic, and mechanical inspection procedures
  • Dispose of scrap and waste properly
  • Operate motorized and non-motorized equipment to move materials and supplies
  • Comply with 5S and Safety requirements
  • Monitor and maintain inventory at work areas
  • Report any abnormal production issues to the Lead
  • Follow all policies and procedures relating to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/Quality Systems)

Work Conditions:

  • Involves using hands, handling objects, tools or controls, and reaching with hands/arms
  • Requires standing, sitting, bending, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, talking, hearing, and lifting items up to 50 lbs
  • Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus
  • May work near moving mechanical parts or equipment, exposed to chemicals/hazardous materials, and risk of electric shock
  • May work in freezers and coolers and handle dry ice
  • Noise level is generally moderate
  • Wears personal protective equipment, as needed


Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
