Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Revit MEP modeler to create detailed permit drawings for various engineering scopes in manufacturing facilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, Architectural, and Civil modeling
  • Experience with detailed permit drawing creation
  • Knowledge of P&ID’s, lighting plans, electrical one-line diagrams, and panel schedules
  • Ability to create MEP routing plans, HVAC plans and schedules
  • Expertise in MEP equipment detailing
  • Familiarity with architectural modeling and detailing of manufacturing facilities
  • Ability to perform voltage drop and pipe & duct pressure drop calculations

Preferred Skills:

  • Entry-level engineering deliverables experience
  • Knowledge of engineering processes in manufacturing facilities
  • Ability to collaborate with in-house engineering teams for direction and guidance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed permit drawings for assigned scopes of work
  • Model and detail MEP and architectural components of manufacturing facilities
  • Perform voltage drop and pipe & duct pressure drop calculations
  • Work with in-house engineering teams for daily direction
  • Focus on modeling and permit drawing creation exercises
  • PE stamping of third-party design not required
  • No onsite engineering presence required


Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
