Job Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Computerized Drafting field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience with knowledge of electrical symbols and electrical drafting conventions and standards.
  • Fluency in Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Design Review, and current version of Revit software.
  • Strong Revit/BIM experience, including ability to create work sets and understanding of Revit work sharing process.
  • Understanding of 3D coordination with other trades.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of 3D layout and design.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Oracle preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Lead Modeler to develop Revit Families for revised standards or specific project needs.
  • Perform layout and input of marked-up drawings into Revit according to standards.
  • Lead modeling efforts on projects, working with support modelers to complete deliverables.
  • Setup of Revit views for use by the Project team and manage electronic document filing.
  • Download drawings and information from the Web, SharePoint, or project websites (FTP, etc.).


Pay Details: $25.00 to $38.00 per hour
