Commercial Construction Project Manager
Job Summary: Project Manager responsible for overseeing large commercial/industrial MEP projects from conception to completion, with direct supervision and field management experience.
Requirements:
- Direct MEP supervision experience (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
- Large commercial/industrial experience
- Minimum 100 tons+ per unit size experience
- Experience with in the field supervision
- Chill water experience
- Experience around heavy metal units
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of P&L, budgets, and financials
- Knowledge of permitting and getting sub-contractors
- Ability to review designs/plans
Preferred Skills:
- HVAC retrofit management experience
- Customer facing skills
- Strong computer abilities
Responsibilities:
- Supervise MEP projects from conception to completion
- Manage large commercial/industrial projects
- Ensure chill water and heavy metal mechanical work is executed properly
- Conduct field supervision and site visits
- Oversee project management, including P&L, budgets, and financials
- Handle permitting and sub-contractor coordination
- Review and evaluate designs/plans
- Interact with customers and address project-related concerns
Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
