Job Summary: HR Analytics Specialist responsible for analyzing HR data, utilizing analytics tools, and creating data visualizations to support HR decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in analytics or HR
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft or Visier
  • Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data to support decision-making processes
  • Utilize analytics tools and software to create data visualizations
  • Develop and maintain reports using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and solve analytical problems
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis


Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
