Job Summary:
Manage and coordinate projects for new product development and lifecycle management in the medical device industry.

Job Requirements:

  • BS Degree
  • Strong proficiency in MS Project
  • Experience leveraging cross-functional teams for project evaluation, development, and management
  • Experience coordinating the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serving as a liaison between project teams and functional management

Preferred Skills:

  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ years in medical device product development or other highly regulated environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Skill set in project leadership practices, including risk balancing, effective team influence, and responsibility ownership
  • Experience with project planning, requirements elicitation, and requirements management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development and implementation process of products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams
  • Review project and budget status, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
  • Monitor projects from initiation through delivery
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with project managers and stakeholders
  • Gather project planning requirements and ensure they meet the demands of key stakeholders
  • Communicate with stakeholders and obtain engagement to ensure end products or processes solve business problems


Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
