Summary: Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a commercial/industrial background to oversee HVAC retrofit projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction, not residential.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • Familiarity with managing project schedules and budgets.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to commercial and industrial construction environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HVAC retrofit projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Read, understand, and execute projects according to the plans and specifications provided.
  • Manage project schedules, coordinating tasks and timelines to meet project milestones.
  • Control project budgets, monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings to maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure efficient project execution.


Pay Details: $33.00 to $40.00 per hour
