Seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer to craft and develop control programs for electrical machines and optimize PLC processes in an industrial setting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of controls/PLC programming experience in an industrial production environment
  • Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming
  • Knowledge of NEC and NFPA regulations related to electrical safety
  • Strong proficiency in Allen Bradley Ladder Logic programming for PLC5, SLC500, and ControlLogix
  • Familiarity with medium voltage systems and infrastructure
  • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, schematics, and procedures

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Wonderware software

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize control programs for electrical machines and systems
  • Perform fault diagnostics and maintenance on electrical systems and components
  • Address and repair AC/DC circuits to ensure optimal operation
  • Visualize processes to confirm systems are operating at full potential
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver technical training to team members
  • Coordinate and prioritize work to support production requirements
  • Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance tasks, ensuring all necessary parts are available
  • Support continuous improvement projects through design and development contributions


Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
