Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5-10+ years of experience.
  • Experience with SAP/MRP systems.
  • Previous experience in the medical device or regulated industry.
  • Strong inventory management skills.
  • Proficiency in production planning and KPI forecasting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in an SAP environment managing master data for MRP.
  • Ability to troubleshoot master production scheduling issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to all levels.
  • Participation in tiered meetings to provide updates on material availability and production priority changes.
  • Proficiency in analyzing, developing, and implementing long-term supply chain strategies and networks.
  • Coordination and support for new programs, initiatives, and product launches.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key sales and operations planning performance indicators and cost-to-serve performance data.

Responsibilities:

  • Take accountability for shift-level production planning, prioritization, and KPI reporting.
  • Manage consumption and inventory at external customers/service providers.
  • Communicate supply health effectively.
  • Serve as the prime contact representing the organization.
  • Troubleshoot master production scheduling issues.
  • Present information effectively to all levels.
  • Participate in tiered meetings to provide updates on material availability and production priority changes.
  • Provide updates on key KPIs.
  • Analyze, develop, and implement long-term supply chain strategies and networks to address capacity issues and production location decisions.
  • Support business execution of new programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor key sales and operations planning performance indicators and cost-to-serve performance data.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work teams to increase the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $40.00 per hour
