Technical Recruiter
We are currently looking for Technical Recruiters In multiple locations. Pembroke MA, Billerica MA, Salem NH, Davenport IA and Dubuque IA.
Summary: Seeking a Technical Recruiter to evaluate client needs, network with candidates, and build strong relationships to find quality candidates for clients.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers.

Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications.

Attract applicants through job advertisements and contacting candidates via various platforms.

Conduct heavy phone work to screen candidates for positions nationwide.

Seek, interview, assess, reference check, and place contract employees per client requirements.

Build a sales prospect pool through applicant screening, Internet research, and networking.

Communicate with account managers regarding job orders and candidate submittals.

Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
Requirements:

Strong phone skills

Proficient computer skills
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
