Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in creating/updating manufacturing documents within regulated industries for a 6-month position.

Job Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Manufacturing Engineering

  • 2-4 years of experience creating/updating manufacturing documents (Process plans/equipment designs/etc.) within automotive, medical, or aerospace regulated environments

  • US Citizen only

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Six Sigma and Value Improvement projects

  • Familiarity with Capital Equipment Request Authorizations (CERA's)

  • Knowledge of equipment/tooling/fixture design and procurement

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with R&D, Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, Equipment Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams

  • Conduct process capability studies, process development, and report preparation

  • Design and coordinate standard engineering tests and experiments

  • Procure and fabricate equipment tooling and fixtures

  • Troubleshoot new and existing product/process problems related to design, material, or processes

  • Complete and manage CERA's

  • Prepare standard reports/documents for technical community

  • Identify, implement, and manage equipment requirements to support production goals

  • Train and/or provide work direction to operators/technicians



Pay Details: $34.00 to $45.00 per hour
