Summary: Seeking an Engineering Technician to support sales and engineering teams with technical documentation and quotes for chimney exhaust and kitchen grease duct systems.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks

  • Prior experience in estimating, quoting, or mechanical drafting

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in commercial or industrial HVAC industry

  • Understanding of UL and NFPA regulations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with ERP or quoting software

Responsibilities:

  • Review project specifications and mechanical plans for material and design requirements

  • Provide accurate quotations based on customer requirements

  • Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks

  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure designs meet expectations and compliance standards

  • Assist customers with product selection and technical inquiries

  • Maintain understanding of relevant codes and standards



Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
