HR Assistant (x2)

Summary: Seeking an HR Assistant for basic HR duties including new hire onboarding, data entry, and document management.

• Requirements:

  • Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Early career role suitable for recent graduates or those with 2-3 years of experience

• Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Success Factor
  • Familiarity with UKG Dimensions
  • Bilingual in Spanish

• Responsibilities:

  • Handle new employee files and I9 verification
  • File onboarding documents and create digital files from paper documents
  • Create offers and merit forms
  • Assist in internal audit for I9 documentation
  • Manage export control for Foreign Trade Zone
  • Conduct job description evaluations

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
