Summary: Seeking a Senior Commissioning Authority with extensive experience in mechanical systems and commissioning processes.

Requirements:

  • AAS or BS Degree
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in commissioning or related fields
  • Knowledge of mechanical system installation and building automation interfaces
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

  • CxA certification or willingness to obtain
  • P.E. license

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project-specific commissioning scope and assist in budgeting
  • Conduct peer reviews for constructability and commission-ability
  • Review commissioning plans for completeness
  • Ensure contractor submittals comply with contract documents
  • Coordinate site visits and deliverables for projects
  • Perform on-site commissioning activities safely and professionally
  • Issue site visit reports and analyze performance trends
  • Review TAB reports, training, and O&M materials from contractors
  • Prepare final commissioning reports


Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
