Manufacturing Engineers
Summary: Seeking Manufacturing Engineers with expertise in developing and implementing manufacturing processes, focusing on process setup and project management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT, cycle time analysis
- Experience with ERP systems and simulation software
- CAD experience (3D Solid Modeling)
- Knowledge of advanced quality control tools (e.g., PFMEA, Pareto analysis, SPC)
- Experience with safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and industry regulations
- Experience in manufacturing equipment installations and tooling setup
Preferred Skills:
- BS Degree in Engineering
- Experience with Teamcenter and NX
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manufacturing plans for engineering projects
- Collaborate with engineers to set up manufacturing processes and layout updates
- Manage purchase orders for new tooling and equipment design
- Prepare plans, coordinate reviews, maintain records, present executive reports
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets
- Support engineering teams across different project stages
Pay Details: $47.00 to $52.00 per hour
