Summary: Seeking a Cost Analyst to support cost baselines and reforecasting for engineering projects using HIVE and Power BI.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years as a Project Cost Controller/Analyst
  • Experience in Power BI digital reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor costs for engineering scope in large capital projects
  • Support planning, estimating, and budgeting processes
  • Develop and manage Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS)
  • Assist in creating consolidated budget estimates
  • Develop consolidated project cost baseline and monthly cash-flow forecasts
  • Load baseline into Michelin's cost management tool, HIVE
  • Perform cost monitoring and control for monthly forecasts
  • Manage purchase order life-cycle with engineering and purchasing teams
  • Incorporate approved change orders into the budget within HIVE
  • Perform variance analysis at various CBS levels
  • Generate monthly cost reports using HIVE data


Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
