Summary: Seeking a Production Engineer with expertise in pharmaceutical/consumer goods packaging equipment and proficiency in AutoCAD, Lean Principles, Six Sigma, and project management.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing)
    • 5+ years of experience in a production environment
    • 5+ years of experience with packaging equipment (Bottling, Case Packaging, Labeling)
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD
    • Knowledge of quality systems and FDA regulated environments
    • Experience in troubleshooting machinery/equipment/components
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency in Lean Principles, Six Sigma, Project Management
    • Ability to read and understand drawings, flowcharts, and schematics
  • Responsibilities:

    • Work with specialists on the floor to engage operators and implement their input
    • Review daily production data to determine priority lines
    • Implement changes for manufacturing operations to meet delivery and increase efficiencies
    • Collaborate with maintenance team on equipment breakdowns and repairs
    • Address ongoing problems by changing processes to improve reliability and quality


Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
