Software Developer
Summary: Seeking a Software Developer with expertise in C++ for creating and troubleshooting train simulation software.
Job Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 3+ years C++ experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in software platform architecture projects
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of VBA, PHP, JavaScript, Perl, SQL, XML, Python, C#/UI
- REST API/Webservice Integration
- GIS Data Knowledge
- Trello Experience
- Modeling and simulation experience
- Railway industry knowledge
- MATLAB expertise
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as technical customer liaison ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
- Develop and configure train simulation software in C++
- Troubleshoot and debug using Microsoft Visual Studio
- Lead hardware/software development and integration phases
- Participate in installation, testing, and corrections with team and customers
- Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians
Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
